Each year, the Teacher-Coaches nominate those groups who they believe embody the characteristics listed below. The following are our winners for GTM 2014!
Diversity - Students recognize and draw on the different talents and experiences that their team members bring to the Global Trade Mission.
And the winners are... Marshall Bullard Jr., Antonio Campbell, Adnan Halilovic and Ryan Tsatsos!
Enthusiasm - Students arrive each day ready to learn, they demonstrate drive and active participation in their mission, and their enthusiasm is contagious to others. And the winners are..Sara Biebuyck, Kyle Finos, Kyle Mallad and Shayne Paperd!
Goal-Driven - Students set multiple goals for themselves and work together to ensure that all team members, as well as the teams as a whole, accomplish those goals. The setting and accomplishment of these goals helps the students say on track while working on the project.
And the winners are...Alex Haslett, Kyle Jacobson, Joseph Petrone and Brandon Rickert!
Resourcefulness - Students professionally utilize and construct meaning from all resources provided to them, including business coaches, cultural coaches, technology, lifelines, etc. Students succeed under pressure. And the winners are...Majesty Akinfenwa, Justin Jones, Mike Shaddock and Zachary Shoemaker!
Team Unity - Students listen to each others ideas, demonstrate teamwork and courtesy to one another, exhibit team spirit, and demonstrate fairness, helpfulness, and unselfishness to their team members and other GTM participants. And the winners are... Stephanie Parlur, Ciara Regan-Moore and Megan Schultz!
The Exportsmanship Award - Students embody all of the characteristics listed above. They go above and beyond all expectations.
And the winners are...Jaclyn Brohl, Tyler Gargalino, Quinton Glaspie and Austin Woodside!
